Research activities

Ph.D.

I have recently (05/02/2015) defended my PhD dissertation entitled "Optimal control problems on well-structured domains and stratified feedback controls". This work was developed under the supervision of professors Frédéric Jean and Hasnaa Zidani. The main topics involved in this dissertation are the following
  • Optimal control problems with state-constraints and Hamilton-Jacobi-Bellman equations.

  • Optimal control problem on networks.

  • Invariance of dynamical systems governed by differential inclusions.

  • Stratified feedback-controls.

  • Discontinuous Differential Equations and vector fields with tame structure.

I am also interested in:
  • Convex Optimization and Non smooth Analysis,

  • Proximal type algorithms for optimization problems.

Currently, I am exploring the theory of polynomial optimal control. This refers to problems where all the data are semi-algebraic.
